Mr. Kennedy is a business development manager with a focus on process improvement and project management. His expertise includes stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, financial analysis, and enhancing operational efficiency. Kennedy's experience in constructing contracts, streamlining processes, and developing cross-training programs demonstrates his ability to optimize organizational performance.

Since July 2015, Kennedy has worked as a consultant in process improvement, where he has innovated controls for transparency and accountability, strategized budget plans for optimal resource allocation, and guided conflict management initiatives. His approach to enhancing workplace culture and integrating new employees effectively has been a hallmark of his career.

At the Colorado Department of Public Safety, Kennedy served in various capacities from February 2002 to 2015, including DHS Program Chief, Deputy Finance Director, and Emergency Manager. Here, he played a pivotal role in the development of a board of directors for the CO Division of Homeland Security/Emergency Management. He was responsible for administering grants with an annual distribution of $200 million, showcasing his skills in accountability and internal controls. His efforts in contract negotiation, staff recruitment, auditing, and LEAN implementation further underscore his comprehensive skill set in business development and management.

Kennedy's earlier experiences span law enforcement and the oilfield industry, where he held roles such as Certified Peace Officer, Lease Operator, and Rig Hand. His diverse background, including certifications like CDL Class-A and Heavy Equipment Mechanic, adds depth to his profile.
